The External Financing Department was established as a result of identification, among our collaborators and not only, of a need for consultancy in accessing structural funds. The grants are a good opportunity for you to complete the resources required to invest in services and software solutions and to attain your own objectives.

The services rendered by The Red Point cover:

• The analysis of customer’s business development needs
  
  
• Management consultancy
  
  
• Consultancy for identification of the general eligibility conditions for accessing EU funds (for example, the balance-sheet of the last financial year)
  
  
• Identification of the fund, the axis, the intervention domain and the operation that are most appropriate for customer’s project
  
  
• Drawing the documentation required for submitting the project for external financing:
  
  
• Business Plan development (where the case)
  
• Feasibility Study development (where the case)
• Gantt Chart development
• Financial analysis (eg. Cash flow), budget, etc.
• Filling-in application form and appendices, declarations, etc.
  
  
• Assistance and consultancy in view of implementing EU-financed projects:
  
  
• coordination of the project and contractual conditions with the management authority
• legal advice in view of preparing the progress reports
• financial consultancy in view of preparing the progress reports
• preparation of all the audit and control documents: analytical accounting of the project, accurate and regular registers, as well as transparent and separate accounting records relative to implementation of the project
• legal advice and financial consultancy for the procurements during the project (GEO no. 34 /2006, as subsequently amended and completed)
