Nowadays, the impact on the environment is a truly important aspect all over the world. This is proven by the increasing pressure for minimizing the  harmful  effects on the environment, pressure coming from ecological organizations, governments, associations and foundations and other important ”participants” to the social and economical field.  

We are convinced that an environmental management system provides an organized method of efficiently managing the responsibilities regarding the environment. The Red Point Company has recently chosen (during May and June 2008) to implement this sort of environmental management system, as it wanted its activity to include as soon as possible the principles and methods by means of which each person or organization can contribute to reducing / stopping environment pollution.

As far as we are concerned, we wish that the implementation of this standard will:

• Certify the fact that we are acquainted with the legislative information and the initiatives in the environmental field, that we apply them or at least try to adapt them to our way of work;
• Prove that each and every employee from The Red Point Company cares about what happens around them;
• Help us promote the innovative and daring manner in which we consider and maintain the bound with our employees and clients;
• Support us in a more efficient environmental risk management, also minimizing the possible assurance costs targeted to cover for work injuries;
• Increase the company’s reputation and gain new business partners.
